1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the website innolux.ca (the « Site »), you agree to be bound by these terms of use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site.

The Site is operated by InnoLux, a company specializing in commercial, industrial, outdoor and energy-efficient lighting solutions, serving the entire province of Quebec. The Site presents our services, manufacturers and completed projects, and allows you to contact our team.

You agree to use the Site only for legitimate purposes and in accordance with these terms. In particular, it is prohibited to:
- Use the Site in a manner that could damage it, make it unavailable or compromise its security;

Displayed prices are in Canadian dollars and may be changed without notice. InnoLux reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order, including in the event of a pricing error or product unavailability; in such cases, any amount paid will be refunded.
